|Dear Parents and Families,
Many of you are already aware that I am leaving my position as Early Learning Center Director. It has been my great joy to serve the families and children of the Beautiful Savior ELC through our early childhood education ministries. I will truly miss the children, our staff, and the parents, grandparents, and caregivers that I have been privileged to get to know.
However, “to everything there is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven” (Eccles. 3.1), and while my season at Beautiful Savior is drawing to a close, God has provided a wonderful woman to serve as interim director for the remainder of the year. Cheri Reinke will assume the role of Director beginning on January 6. If her last name sounds familiar, it is because she is the wife of Pastor Reinke. She and I will both be onsite December 9-20 and she is looking forward to greeting parents, meeting students, and settling into her new role. I am confident that you will be blessed by the expertise and commitment to Christian education with which she will lead. The entire ELC staff is excited to welcome her into the ELC family and are eagerly looking forward to her leadership.
My last day will be Friday, December 20. I am excited to see what God has for me next. I will be graduating from Concordia Theological Seminary as a Deaconess in May and I am excited about the possibilities for service in the future. Thank you for the privilege of being part of your children’s lives and entrusting them to the care of the Beautiful Savior ELC.
